At Casa del Contratador, certain minimum values and civic behavior requirements must be met in order to achieve a good coexistence among all the guests staying:

• Maintain and take care of common areas.
• Moderate unnecessary noise: it is forbidden to put the music / television at a high volume that could disturb the rest of the guests.
• Keep hours of silence: between 22:00 and 09:00.
• Forbidden to hold parties in the apartments and common areas.
• Prohibited the entry of people not staying and identified during check-in.

Casa del Contratador is a complete building of tourist apartments, even so, we must maintain respect for the rest of the guests staying. For this reason, it is important that we all take care of the common areas, moderate unnecessary noise and maintain a sense of community. Only then will we be able to enjoy a happy stay.
